OKRA products are design-driven decorative pieces developed for interior use.

The brand draws inspiration from natural materials and organic forms. Materials such as wood, concrete, marble, glass, and fabric are selected for their ability to introduce warmth, texture, and depth into a space.

Nature-based influences — including references to OKRA flowers and plant forms — inform the brand’s visual language and material choices, reinforcing a grounded and tactile identity.

Due to the use of natural materials, variations in grain, tone, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the materials and are considered part of each product’s unique character. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor visual differences may occur.

Free delivery applies on orders of AED 500 and above. Delivery fee is automatically waived at checkout once the minimum order value is reached.

Orders ship from the UAE (Ajman Free Zone) using approved courier partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on Emirate, weather conditions, or peak periods.

OKRA products are sold as decorative objects only. Installation services are not provided. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate mounting methods suitable for their wall type and environment.

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways, including Stripe. OKRA does not store, process, or have access to full card details.

Payments are subject to authorization by the card issuer and confirmation by the payment gateway. Additional verification may be requested for security purposes.

OKRA reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse transactions flagged by payment processors or financial institutions for security or compliance reasons.

Charges may appear on your bank statement as “Okra by Ter FZC”.

OKRA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
